Come stay in our beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath, waterfront condominium at the Ledges Condominium Complex. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks.
Our master bedroom offers a queen-size pillow top bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, cable TV with VCR, and a separate door to deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds along with an adjacent bathroom. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV with VCR,DVD, stereo and high speed internet modem. You will find games, movies, books, and magazines in the living room too. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need from an apple slicer to a waffle maker. The dining area offers seating for four at the counter and another four at the table. There is also seating for six on the deck along with a new gas grill and ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We have both a 10X24 or 10x30, covered, boat slips with electric which can be seen from the deck.
The Ledges offers two pools (one on the point with a ten-mile view) and a sandy beach.
The lake offers over 240 holes of golf. We are a SHORT car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall with over 110 top name stores, a five-screen cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, and country sampler shops and boutiques. There are over 100 restaurants (many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food. Take the car or boat to the lakefront nightlife.
